Flexi is an AI powered learning assistant designed to provide helpful explanations and educational support. While it strives to deliver accurate, high quality responses, AI generated content is not always perfect and may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.
If you believe Flexi provided an incorrect answer, there are several steps you can take to improve the response and help us make Flexi better.
Why Might Flexi Give an Incorrect Answer?
There are several reasons why Flexi may generate an inaccurate response:
- The question was too broad or lacked enough context.
- The prompt did not include the appropriate grade level or subject.
- The topic is highly specialized or advanced.
- The question is ambiguous and could have multiple interpretations.
- AI-generated content can occasionally contain factual errors or incorrect calculations.
How to Get Better Results
If Flexi's answer isn't what you expected, try the following:
- Be more specific. Include the subject, grade level, textbook, or learning objective.
- Break complex questions into smaller parts. This often results in more accurate and detailed explanations.
- Ask follow-up questions. You can request additional explanations, examples, or step-by-step solutions.
- Provide context. For example, mention whether you're studying Algebra I, Biology, AP Physics, or another course.
Report an Incorrect Answer
Your feedback helps improve Flexi.
If you receive an incorrect or misleading response:
