You can update the email address associated with your CK-12 account from your account settings.
Change Your Email Address
- Sign in to your CK-12 account.
- Click your profile name in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select Settings.
- In your account settings, update the Email Address field with your new email address.
- Save your changes.
If You Use Canvas or Schoology
If you access CK-12 through Canvas or Schoology, your CK-12 account should use the same email address as your LMS account. If the email addresses do not match, you may see a different CK-12 account with a different library, classes, or saved content. Updating your CK-12 email to match your LMS email can resolve this issue.

- Your current email address
- The new email address you'd like to use (If you have created another account using the new email address, you will need to delete the account)
- A description of the issue or any error messages
- A screenshot, if available
Note to teachers moving to a new school:
CK-12 cannot update your old school email address to your new school email address since your account still holds old student information.
